Why put off living the way you want to live?

Let’s face it: there’s a point when a simpler lifestyle starts to make sense. When spending time with friends sounds more fun than mowing the yard. When a morning swim feels more stimulating than a morning conference call. When watching another gorgeous sunset becomes the mark of a good day.

Admittedly, Belmont Shores Mobile Estates is not for everyone. It is, first and foremost, a premier 55-and-older community filled with friendly people. As the name suggests, it is also a gated mobile home park with a wide variety of manufactured homes. Our residents value the independence and individual expression of owning their own home in a setting usually only accessible to the very wealthy.

The Clubhouse at Belmont Shores logo

The freshly-remodeled Clubhouse at Belmont Shores features a beautifully-appointed community room, ample outdoor gathering spaces, a large heated pool and spa, a ballroom/banquet facility with adjoining commercial kitchen, and resident library. Redesigned to be a true gathering space for residents, the Clubhouse offers an award-winning facility to entertain neighbors, friends, and family.

The Clubhouse was originally designed by prominent local architect Roy Sealey (read more about his important legacy in Long Beach). Re-designed in 2020 by local award-winning architect Jan van Dijs, the Clubhouse facility is now a true gathering space for our residents and guests. Van Dijs applied his historic restoration knowledge to our Clubhouse remodel, and we are excited to have been nominated for the prestigious Long Beach Heritage award.
